Cause it's One, Two, Three strikes you're out at the old ball game!

So despite having a nasty case of strep throat roaming our house, we decided to hit the Kinston Indians game tonight.  It was the girls FIRST baseball game and they had a BLAST!  Of course we got the "required" hotdogs and slushies plus a few souveiners.  The kids met "Scout" the team's mascot and got to play "dodge the rain".  In traditional Burton style, we had to have a massive storm in the middle of the game. God bless the players, because they kept right on playing.  Despite a loss, the girls had a great time and at the end of the game got to see an amazing fireworks show.  By the time we got home, they were all exhausted and crashed out as soon as their heads hit their pillows.  But, here are a few pictures to share with you and we hope that everyone is doing well!
